Frequently asked questions
Does calibration fix stick drift?
No. Drift comes from worn stick parts, which must be replaced. Calibration adjusts the center and range of the sticks and keeps the controller accurate after the replacement.
How do I know if my controller has drift?
Connect the controller, open the Sticks section and let go of both sticks. If the dot moves by itself or does not return to the center, the controller has drift.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Everything works in the browser. For full mode, use Chrome or Edge on a computer, with the controller connected by USB cable.
Is it free?
Yes, the browser tester is free. The Android app has a 2-day free trial and then costs R$ 24.80 per year.
Does it work on a phone or iPhone?
In a phone's browser, even on iPhone, the basic Bluetooth mode tests buttons, sticks, triggers and vibration. To test everything and calibrate from a phone, use the Android app.
Which controllers work?
DualSense (PS5), DualSense Edge, DualShock 4 (PS4) and PS VR2 Sense. On clone (non-genuine) controllers, calibration does not work and may freeze the controller.
Is it safe to calibrate?
Use a genuine controller and do not disconnect it during calibration. Until you save, restarting the controller undoes the adjustment. If you accept cookies, this browser also keeps copies for restoring the calibration.
How is it different from DualShock Calibration GUI?
Both are free, run in the browser, and calibrate and test controllers; this project uses its drawings and commands under the MIT license. Here you also get a PDF report, a basic Bluetooth mode in any browser and an Android app for phone users. That tool offers more languages. Checked in November 2026.
